The Connecticut Council of Small Towns (COST), which represents 115 towns throughout Connecticut, supports the provisions in HB5377, An Act Concerning the Prevailing Wage, which would adjust the states prevailing wage requirements to increase the project thresholds for both new construction and renovations.
